A four week scheme of work with four writing opportunities suitable for Upper Key Stage 2. The PowerPoints are based around the short animation ‘Adrift’ from The Literacy Shed website. The unit focuses on narrative writing, a poetry unit, creating a playscript and persuasive writing opportunities. Included with this resource are objective grids/tick sheets which link to national expectations. These will allow for easy teacher assessment of writing.
