This resource is designed to aid students with planning their answers to the Macbeth question on Lady Macbeth presented as a strong character from the June 2024 paper. Students are guided through choosing key parts of the question, placing the extract in context of the rest of the play, how to put a quick introduction and conclusion together with modelled examples. There is a grid to help structure their analytical paragraphs with the aim of covering all three AOs. The indicative content taken from AQA’s markscheme is also included so that it can either be used as a teaching tool, or to check their understandin and building confidence of their understanding before they start writing.
