Pupil Assessment/Mock/Exam Exit Questionnaire/Survey

A survey/questionnaire to give to pupils at the end of an assessment/mock/exam. I use the information gathered in a number of ways. For example to identify questions/areas that need further input from the teacher, to compare across subjects to share good practice on examination techniques, to identify if specific teachers/subjects are preparing pupils well for examinations, particularly important as more subjects move to linear, identify pupils perceptions, use as evidence to Ofsted on impact of various things, provide targets/improvement plans within departments and teachers etc.

We are now at the point where pupils are creating their own. Each member of the department takes a unit and plans a series of starters relating to the key dates and themes on powerpoint. The rest of the department then just edit and adapt for their KS3 class.
