I use this in my classroom on a weekly basis, I print it on A3 paper and laminate it. I then have little printed smiley faces that are also laminated with blue tack on the back and then the children acheive someone from the chart I stick a smiley face on it and at the end of the week we talk about areas we need to improve on, praise the good things that have happened and add a star to our class jar (if chart is full they get two stars for the jar) and that is one step closer to a whole class prize.
