Ideal for practising question words after introducing them. Plenty of tasks students can complete independently with support so would be ideal cover work.
Includes PDF and editable version.
Made for middle ability KS4 GCSE class but suitable for able KS3 too. Vocabulary used throughout is from AQA vocabulary list.
Perfect for GCSE revision.
This is a power point to introduce IR in the preterite tense in the context of holidays. I used it with mixed ability year 9 but it could also be used at KS4 level if you want to practise this verb with lots of repetition and sentence practice.
By the end of the series of activities pupils will have practised the verb in all 6 forms as well as answers to the following questions about holidays:
1. When and where did you go?
2. Who did you go with?
3. How did you get there?
4. How long did you go for?
I have included a reading comprehension, speaking and listening activity as well as a writing worksheet so all 4 skills are covered.
There are explanations under each power point slide to explain how I used each activity. There is more than 1 lesson here, some of the activities could easily be set as cover work or as homework.
2 lessons on regular conditional tense in Spanish.
Introductory lesson and practice lesson.
Also includes worksheet which would be ideal cover/consolidation work. PDF and editable powerpoint version.
