Here I have created 5 weeks of football lessons which can be taught socially distanced at school or at home for home learning. There are 4 weeks of skill based lessons and 1 week game play.

Here I have created a small 9 station circuit which can be used for a PE lesson whilst observing social distancing. This sheet can be put on the board for pupils to follow. It gives an explanation of the activities and numbered 1 to 9. This circuit uses minimal equipment and can be spaced out to observe a 2m rule.

Here I have created a Orienteering lesson which can be used in school using social distancing or at home for parent taught lessons. If students don’t know the answer then they must research or ask for help. There are 8 questions, each with a fitness challenge. After completing the question they will see their ‘special letter’ which is used to create the sports word at the end.
