Aimed at neuro diverse learners or pupils who struggle to engage, this series of English lessons are interactive and engaging. It is a series of lessons designed for pupils to become investigators. My pupils love collecting evidence, distinguishing between proof and suspicion and giving a verdict. They love them so much they do not even realise they are using English language skills, reading and forming arguments!

AQA alligned skills based lessons based on this beautiful book. I use this book during our Nature topic as the images are thought provoking and and can be used to cover oracy objectives. Children use the images and stories to create debates, questioning skills, vocabulary extension and also to produce their own stories in the style of the author. I use this resource for my KS3 pupils as it is so immersive.
