This was written from the new Hodder 'Making Sense of History&' textbook as a way of introducing &';enquiry' to year 7 - because of this skills focus the whole process is really &'stepped out&'; with lots of bits to stick into books etc.

I have laminated these and printed 4 to a page so they are around the size of playing cards. I have used butterfly-backed pins to join them so they can be fanned out. Students use a 12-side dice to randomly choose an activity, or I can direct them to a particular plenary. They were made for use across the humanities dept.
