Nice, quick worksheet for the KS3 Voltaic Cells chemistry lesson investigating metal reactivities and their resulting potential difference. Compares metals to copper and generally gives a nice, simple straight line graph. Used with mixed groups of Y9 with success all round.

Contains a set of exam-style questions (medium difficulty) as well as a graph skills question sheet differentiated to higher and lower ability. Used across multiple groups with good success.

Some posters of famous British scientists I've made for a classroom display. The images are small as they were modified from playing cards. I have them blown up to A5 size and they look lovely. A nice collection of Physicists, Chemists, Engineers, and Mathematicians but only a few Biologists (sorry!). I focused primarily on North-Easterners and some of the more 'obscure' names! I will be making more of these as the year progresses and will likely increase the sizing of the images too.

Uses a worksheet with four different 10 minute acivities (1x experiment, 1x literacy challenge, 1x numeracy challenge, 1x prior knowledge) This was awarded outstanding in an inspection so hopefully can be of use to some. There is an accompanying presentation too. The worksheet is produce in dyslexia friendly 'COMIC NEUE' font. If you do not have this installed it would be best for you to use the .pdf file or edit the formatting to a font of your choice. Thanks Mr Chem
