A few resources we used when writing a newspaper report based on a V1 incident in Lewisham High Street in 1944. There's an example newspaper front page about the declaration of war, some background information on the V1 incident & prompt cards for witnesses to interview and finally a boxed up planning sheet for the children to use when structuring their report.

A selection of ratio questions aimed at upper KS2. The questions are all based around a Robinson Crusoe island map. I had the children work in twos or threes, gave them a copy of the map & they used iPads to scan QR code links that I'd stuck to the walls around the class. Each code leads to a webpage with a ratio question based on the map.
