This is the flight paths I have used for the new French, German and Spanish curriculum. For example if a child in year 7 is given a flight path 5 (they are not a gcse 5 obviously but it is their flight path) then what do they need to do that year to stay on track. I have also included a conversion chart from levels to grades. I have omitted 9 as it is the top 20% of an 8. If a child is given a 5 in year 7 then what does that look like in year 7,8,9 etc in order to stay on track for year 11. Any questions please ask. SLT loved it and rolled it out whole school and I've sold it to local schools.
