Based around the AQA Core Maths Preliminary Material for Paper 1 - Household Waste topic. These are 4 questions each worth 9/10 marks to allow the students to practise for the large estimation question in the paper. I have included a version of a mark scheme but students may come up with perfectly valid attempted solutions

This is for the Core Maths 1350/2A Syllabus It is intended to be a full paper out of 60 marks and the first question relates to the Preliminary Material, Economics of Music Streaming. There is an example mark scheme attached but those of you familiar with marking will no that there are often multiple methods to achieve the same answer

This is a mocked up Paper 1 for AQA Core Maths syllabus 1350. It is based on a full paper out of 60 marks so 1 hour and 30 minutes. The preliminary material has been used for the Net Pay and Estimation Tasks. I have written it based on my experience of teaching the course and also marking for AQA. The example mark scheme attached is for guidance. Those people who are familiar with marking the exams will be aware that for some questions there will be multiple different methods. So if your students have used an alternative method but have reached the same final figures and conclusions as long as their method makes sense to you then they should achieve the marks.
