A target sheet containing all the differentiated learning outcomes by colour for the P3 topics. Students to allocate a colour (green = understand fully, yellow = partially understand and red = do not understand) before and upon completion of the topic. Teacher can use to amend teaching and students can use to identify strengths and weaknesses for directed study. After each end of topic test, students can write down their targets for improvement and teacher can give a written comment of student performance.
