Apprenticeships play a vital role within the business at Contemporary Flowers. They have a fully structured programme for their apprentices' which builds theirconfidence and develops their creative sides. Currently they employ two apprentices aged 18 and 20 and in 2009 their apprentices gained 2nd and 3rd place in the prestigious Chelsea Flower Show.
