A fun, colourful educational comic created by pupils for pupils, designed for teaching about the Scottish Parliament, representation and laws in P4-7.

With a hawk as our guide, A Bee’s Eye View tours the Scottish Parliament, looking in windows at what happens in different parts of the building, including MSP’s offices, Queensberry House, the Debating Chamber and Committee Rooms.

There is an accompanying resource and curriculum guide for teachers, a set of worksheets, specialist vocabulary activity and a debate template and Presiding Officer script to allow classes to hold their own Scottish Parliament debate.

The comic and resources are available in English and Gaelic. For teachers, there is a panel by panel powerpoint version of the comic.

There is also a large print PDF version with alt-text suitable for pupils with visual impairments or who use screen readers.
