This is a grammar quiz I created for my year 9 groups when I noticed their knowledge of basic grammar and sentence types was lacking.
Students can work in teams or on their own (your choice), and answers are provided at the end of the PowerPoint.
There are bonus rounds in the middle and at the end, to make things a little fun and allow them to play around with some of the skills they have learned.
You may find this useful as an initial skill tester, or to check progress after a grammar unit as I did with my students.
This would also suit KS4 students, especially when developing in-depth subject terminology for the Language exams.
