Three complete worksheet-and-teacher-note pairs in this free 10-page sample from Managing Exam Technique for KS3 and KS4.

Why Bother with Exams? explores the purposes of exams and students’ concerns. What Is a Syllabus? helps students examine a subject syllabus and review their progress. Transferable Skills considers skills that can be used across subjects. All three activities have teachers’ notes.

The extract also includes teachers’ notes for Continuous Assessment, but its student worksheet is not in the sample. Title, introduction and contents pages are included.

The full 63-page pack contains 30 activities with teachers’ notes on revision, assignments, organisation, exam nerves, instructions, answers, timing and reflecting on results.

The preview images illustrate the full pack and include pages beyond the sample. This is the original 1995 publication, with period-specific terminology and exam-process examples; no current exam-board alignment is claimed.
