This lesson takes its inspiration from The Co-operative’s new head office, which is designed to
make the most of the Sun’s warming power. Your pupils will find out about solar energy and
insulation by completing a simple experiment or demonstration. Then they’ll think about the
materials they’d use to design their own sun-warmed classroom.
