A simple FREE IWB Maths game to develop children’s early subitising skills. Children are presented with snowmen with different arrangements of 1 to 5 buttons. Children subitise the amount of buttons and click on the matching number card to put a smile on the snowmans face. This IWB game is designed in PowerPoint and is fully editable to meet children’s needs.
This IWB Maths game works well as a whole class starter or small guided group using the IWB to consolidate children’s subitising skills within five. A free Snowman Subitising mat is also included at the end of this resource. This mat can be printed and laminated and is ideal for continuous learning provision. Children can add different arrangements of buttons to the snowman using numbers within five.
