This was written for the old style speaking tests and in not so relevant now. I adapted this from Cestrian's worksheets. I created a set of cards (Basic Phrases Document) for each pupil in different colours and then 2 separate sheets with the answers. These could be used by students individually. Or perhaps displayed round the room much bigger for students to find (competition?) or on IWB? The answer sheets don't have headings and are jumbled up. Cards could be taken away by students after for their own revision.
