Star chart

This is an adaptable chart that can be used to seat goals or targets for children who are struggling with self regulation. I have used this in my classroom with children and they enjoy being able to set there own target. It is important to discuss with children what the expectations are to earn a star if old enough they can help to set the expectations. It is also key not to take stars away or not award if they make small mistakes but focus on encouraging and rewarding progress. This can also be used at home.
