The Cuban Missile Crisis

A role-play based on the Cuban Missile Crisis. Elect a President, and split the class into Doves and Hawks. The Powerpoint then shows the different events of the crisis. For each event, the different characters must try and persuade J.F.K to choose their preferred action. Once the President has decided, the powerpoint shows what action was taken. Khrushchev's letters can be read to the class at the appropriate times (Powerpoint prompts).
