This resource includes a PowerPoint (where all instructions are given within the notes sections if being delivered by non-specialist) in addition to the first part of the sheet music necessary for this module. This first lesson includes where Calypso Music is from, videos of steel drums, key characteristics of Calypso Music in addition to a fun steel drum music guessing game at the end.

I play steel pans and we always call them steel pans not steel drums as they are a part of the idiophone family where as a drum is a membranophone. in general pan players prefer them to be called steel pans and we are described as pannists. Hope this helps. Other than that this is lovely resource
