Many are intrigued by Britain’s most notorious serial killer, Jack the Ripper. Watch this great documentary, describing and analysing the events which took place in London in Whitechapel during the Industrial Revolution.

Please note - Students are encouraged to think about evidence in these questions, rather than facts or murder detail.

This documentary, rated G (guidance) on BBC, is recommended for older students (photographs from the time are shown and references to sex and sex workers are made). These questions will cover around 55mins.

Perfect for a cover lesson or to add depth and visual aids to your students learning.

This would be a great accompaniment to this Industrial Revolution bundle available here: https://www.tes.com/teaching-resource/industrial-revolution-12891788
