I made the analogy of a 'recipe' for writing to argue, as exam revision for year 11. The response to this was generally quite good, so here is the powerpoint I used to guide the lesson. I must add that I could have made more of the powerpoint/analogy but as an initial idea I hope you can use the recipe idea.Please use as you wish.
