Make booking simple for staff
Tes Room Booking integrates with the most popular school management information (MIS) systems to support different timetable structures, so staff can book rooms and resources by lesson slot or by time (perfect for bookings after the school day). Non-teaching spaces such as meeting rooms can also be managed through the system, even if they're not in the MIS.
Manage external bookings easily
The lettings module enables you to manage outside bookings efficiently, with costs automatically calculated for each booking and assigned to the hirer. You can create price plans for each resource and for different types of hirer, and add chargeable items such as equipment hire, pitch lights or insurance. Invoices can be generated and emailed automatically and payments tracked.
