I created this template for a Valentine's Day card however you could simply edit the text and use it for any occasion. Simply photocopy on to any colour of card. Cut out the hands and one strip. Fold the strip over each other in two centimeter spaces as you would with a paper fan. Stick ends of the strip to the card and write your message.

This is a simple chart I used to track the behaviour of a child in my class. I wanted the child to understand how easy it is to do lots of positive things during a day at school. At the end of the day I spoke with the child and we filled in the chart. I also encouraged the parents to use this chart at home. This could also be used for a whole class activity

This is a short tutorial I used with Year 2 children who will be creating an eBook about the Great Fire of London using Paint. It is very easily followed and you can simply change the 'extended task' at the end to suit your own topic. When I used this the children worked in pairs and one partner read the instructions to the other and then vice versa.
