I created this template for a Valentine's Day card however you could simply edit the text and use it for any occasion.
Simply photocopy on to any colour of card.
Cut out the hands and one strip. Fold the strip over each other in two centimeter spaces as you would with a paper fan.
Stick ends of the strip to the card and write your message.
