Animal Offspring Year 1 Lesson

A fully animated PowerPoint and worksheet for an ‘animal offspring’ lesson. This lesson was designed and planned for Year 1.

Please view the PowerPoint in full screen mode as it is animated. Some slides are designed for class interaction, so please press the animal - I used this as a quiz for the children.

There are 3 worksheets included: one which requires the children to match the animal to its offspring, one that requires the children to match and name the animal to its offspring and one which requires the children to draw the offspring of two monsters/aliens.

The PowerPoint and worksheets are supported by communication in print / widget for accessibility and to promote independence.
