This resource examines how both British institutions and individuals reacted to Nazism. In so doing, it encourages students to engage with the complexity of human behaviour during the Holocaust and cautions against facile judgements of particular nations as ‘good’ or ‘bad’. This resource also forms one part of Exploring the Holocaust, the Trust’s cross-curricular downloadable scheme of work. A lovely, well thought through lesson with great resources. I have also used the flash cards in a Holocaust display.
