Francesca Ardani

A video created by The National Apprenticeship Service (NAS). Having overcome initial nerves and pressure from her peers, Francesca has become more confident in her abilities. As a result the staff at Capelli Hair and Beauty Salon have given her more responsibilities and she is now a part of the team. Francesca was the first student from Brookfield School to do a Young Apprenticeship and she is now an ambassador and helps guide other students that are thinking about doing the Young Apprenticeship programme.
