I used this as a display as a way of making my children more independent. I asked the children what they thought they were good at, took their photos. I stuck their photos next to what they were good at and made a display out of them. If a child was stuck at maths, instead of always coming to me, they could look at the display, and ask the pupils whose strength was maths. It worked well as it gave the children responsibilty, and also showed them that they all had their own talents.
