Lesson on refraction for a KS3 class. Contains the standard refraction practical, and a short writing frame (taken from another TES user) since I delivered this to an SEN class. Lots of AFL, and interesting pictures.
The demo used for the writing frame involves simply sticking a ruler into a bucket of water. If you get the angle right it demonstrates refraction quite well.
