A resource to help students visually see which numbers are to be rounded up and down. This resource can be used with Year 2 or any primary age group / SEN cohort that is struggling with the concept. The resource can also be laminated and then used with a wipeable pen to save paper.

Ways to use the resource
Put the number that you want to round in the left hand boxes and the two numbers to be rounded up or down on the right hand boxes. Then ask the students to circle the correct box that should be rounded to (for example 48 in the left box and 50 & 40 in the right boxes).
