Stress - Busting tips for tired teachers - the full resource, 10 techniques

Stress - Busting tips for tired teachers - the full resource, 10 techniques

This set of ten resources are designed by an experienced and qualified yoga teacher. They are designed to help release both physical and mental stress, after a long day in the classroom. Mental stress can manifest itself as physical discomfort, such as tension headaches or tight breathing; and physical tension will cause mental/emotional distress - all are interlinked. The techniques can be ‘cherry-picked’ i.e. they do not have to be done all at once, or in a particular order. Each one need only take a few minutes, (or longer if preferred). Yoga practices frequently show an instant benefit; however it is not just a quick fix and repeated practice will accrue greater benefits. If you like these resources please leave feedback.
