In this activity, students will gain an understanding of the role that reserves and missions played in the treatment of First Nations people in Australian history. They will develop an awareness of the impact of colonisation by Europeans on First Nations Australians such as the removal from land, and relocation to “protectorates”, reserves and missions.

It has a table of terms for the students to complete, as well as a paragraph response section for them to demonstrate their understanding of the topic.
