Unbelievable that one teacher thinks the trachea is connected to the mouth by the oesophagus and another doesn't know the word "egestion". Should you really be teaching?!!! If you need the answers to something as simple as this I think you need a career re-think. Good resource btw!

I am stuck on Clue 4. (OK I'll admit I am a trainee science teacher with only an O level in Biology.) As with many other resources on TES this would benefit from containing the answers as well as the questions.

Ignore second comment. Ignore the second comment about the incorrect clue. The clue is correct and the stomach is indeed connected to the mouth by the oesophagus and not the trachea.

Incorrect clue. To get the key word, which is intestines, clue 5 needs to be changed. I am assuming that the answer to this clue is 'trachea'
