Think back to when you were part of a team, maybe for a class project. Was it ever a challenge to listen to a team member who had ideas that were different from your own? Listen to the role models in this video to learn why, when it comes to teamwork, differences can be more valuable than similarities!

You probably already have a lot of experience working on teams, whether for a science project or a sport. So you might have had the experience of wanting people to do their part to make things work. Role models in this video can help you learn to do that, and lots more, to build on what you know about teamwork.
