I like this clip as it will save time in lessons explaining these issues while at the same time be engaging for the pupils. Good explanation of what insulation is - I like the analogy of a sleeping bag! These video clips would be great for a plenary to reinforce the learning during the lesson or as a starter to introduce the topic. There are lots of great examples of how to save energy in a house which pupils can use as evidence to support their answers in the GCSE. It would be useful if there were some worksheets that could accompany the clips to help reinforce the learning.
