I would appreciate your feedback. a taster RED HAT ( compassionate systems ) think of warmth think of feelings Using the red hat gives you the opportunity to express feelings, emotions and intuition without any need to explain or to justify them. In a normal business discussion you are not supposed to allow your emotions to enter in. They enter in anyway- you merely disguise them as logic. Intuition may be based on a lot of experience. I feel this is the right person for the job. I feel this is a risky venture. My intuition tells me that this explanation is too complex. The opposite of neutral, objective information. Hunches, intuitions, impressions. No need to justify. No need to give reasons or the basis. Red hat is almost the exact opposite of white hat thinking, which is neutral, objective and free of emotional flavour. EMOTIONS DO NOT HAVE TO BE LOGICAL. EMOTIONS CAN BE FINE-TUNED WITH A LANGAUGE TO MATCH. RESIST THE TEMPTATION TO JUSTIFY EMOTIONS. If you are still with me I do greatly recommend this TED speech about the right brain hemisphere.
