This is a fun science game designed to help pupils practise identifying and describing the properties of materials.

The game includes 24 everyday objects, each made from different materials. Pupils work in pairs and take turns asking yes/no questions about material properties (e.g. Is it waterproof? Is it flexible? Is it transparent?) to work out which object their partner has chosen.

How to play:
Students work in groups of 2–6. Take turns placing a domino. A domino can be placed only if the two numbers make a number bond to 10. The first player to get rid of all their dominoes wins.
