Careers Resource- Public Sector

Aimed at 11-18 year olds this presentation asks whether one public service role has a higher or lower starting salary to the next. The task can be done in assemblies or as form time activity by asking pupils to stand up if they think 'higher' and sit down if they think 'lower'. Alternatively it can be done as a research task. All salary ranges are taken from the National Careers Service website and don't take into account London weighting or salary progression.
