Continuous technological advancement in the security industry has created a skills gap. The Apprenticeship programme bridges that gap by providing engineers with a greater breadth of skills. Over 12 years they have trained 15 engineers and two IT apprentices and 10% of their workforce are currently completing Apprenticeships. Apprenticeships allow them to instil their company values and customer service ethics into their future engineering team.
