Designing a GRFC kit bag

Discuss the game of rugby and the equipment that is needed by a player on match day (eg, shorts, socks, boots, gum shield, towel, etc). Ask the class how this would be carried and where it would be stored? Find out how the children carry their own kits and things they need when they play sport and how this could be improved. For those that do not play, refer to their PE kits. Make a list of improvements on the board, eg, compartments, labelled sections, zips, pockets, etc. Use these resources by Gloucester Rugby Heritage to inspire pupils to design a new GRFC kit bag.
