Enzyme Activity in Small Intestine - Simple Model to build. Class activity

ACTIVITY: Cut out and make long chain molecules and the small intestine wall. Using scissors as enzymes (adding labels so they are specific to the molecules), snip off sections of chain and post them through the model of the small intestine.
