Key Stage 4 ~ GCSE Biology~ lesson on X and Y Chromosomes. In this lesson, students will discuss the pros and cons of embryo screening, use genetic diagrams to calculate the odds of inheriting conditions from dominant and recessive alleles and read family trees to show how characteristics are inherited. Extension questions are included on the slides and there is a pick and mix of different tasks to select from for your students. Follows the GCSE Biology AQA course.
