Regulation lanyard. This can be used by a pupil or member of staff and shows the different colours and how you may feel. Once made up, the other side of the card will have suggested activities you can do to help you get back into the expected zone.
Once printed, it should be lined up so you can just fold and laminate. It is also in a word format so you can change the the tools suited for the individual.
