Bring a touch of festive fun to science learning this December with our free Science advent calendars, specially designed for ages 4–7, 7–11, and 11–14.

Each calendar is curriculum-linked and packed with interactive, bite-sized activities to keep pupils engaged every day of Advent.

Primary calendars feature a 5-minute science activity, a science-themed cracker joke, and a link to a related resource for exploring the topic further.

Secondary calendars include a 10-minute science challenge, a ‘What if?’ science question, a keyword of the day, a cracker joke, and a link to a deeper resource.

Energising Futures provide free, curriculum-linked science materials for UK students aged 4–16, helping teachers bring science to life through real-world challenges and career connections.
