Scott Bailye, the 2009 winner, continues to build on his salon's wide range of opportunities for apprentices, and keeps innovating to put work-based learning at the heart of his business. This year 150 schoolchildren will enjoy work experience at the salon, building on its links with the local school, William Bradford, where Scott Bailye has created a training academy
