We have made the Student card for you to fill out and share with your teachers. It may be particularly useful if you have a new member of staff or supply teacher.
You can include your usual signs and symptoms of hypers and hypos, where you keep your testing kit, and what to do if you have a hypo. It can also be noted if you are allowed to leave lessons early.
There is also space for you to write the name of a friend who can help you if needed, and the name of a teacher who you trust.
